What is Access79 jewelry made of?
The pieces we carry as well as our in-house Access79 pieces are handcrafted out of the finest materials by a team of master jewelers. The collection is made with karat gold, so they'll never tarnish or discolor. All of the diamonds are brilliant and earth mined, not lab created. Pieces may have precious gems such as diamonds, emeralds, sapphires, and rubies. Or gemstones, such as moonstone, pearls, amethyst, and turquoise. Our gemstones are all genuine and mined, not lab created. Our pieces are meticulously scrutinized by our quality control teams so you can rest assured you've invested in jewelry made to last.
Are your diamonds conflict-free?
Yes! We proudly assert that all diamonds in the pieces are conflict free based on our and our designers’ close relationship with a select number of suppliers who have been individually vetted. All diamonds offered are from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with United Nations Resolutions and the Kimberley Process.
Where does Access79 get its jewelry?
We have our own brand of elevated essential pieces and carry the work of a great mix of independent designers, across the United States and Canada and internationally, scouted for their fresh point of view. Are your pieces nickel-free?
Some of our pieces are 14K gold and may contain trace amounts of nickel. If you have an allergy and would like to custom-order a piece in 18K or platinum, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note all custom orders are final sale.
What does Access79 mean?
Luxury jewelry shopping is known for being intimidating and the service of trying jewelry on at home is often reserved for ‘elite’ clients. We believe luxury jewelry shopping should be the complete opposite experience. We want to make luxury jewelry accessible and the shopping experience fun! As for the 79, it’s a throwback to Gold in the Periodic Table.

How do I figure out my ring size?
We can help! We have a handy dandy ring sizing tool that will help you measure your ring size at home.
Can I order a ring I see in your e-shop in a different size?
We carry a limited amount of rings in each size. Almost every ring on our site can be ordered in your desired ring size. The different sizes available will be in the product description. Please note we may not have a particular size in stock, which means you can order it on our site and it will be ready in 4-6 weeks.

PAYMENT AND FINANCING
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as you place your order online. This includes orders for items with a made-to-order and custom order status.
Can I pay with two cards?
Currently our website does not have the capabilities to charge multiple cards. However, we are happy to assist you with this over the phone. Please email us at email@example.com and we can manually split the charge on two cards.
Do you offer financing?
Of course! We have partnered with PayPal Credit so you can find the best monthly payment plan for your schedule. Learn more about this here
SHIPPING AND EXCHANGE
When will my order ship?
Items that are marked “in-stock” in the finish and size ship within 5 business days of placing the order. Items that are marked as made-to-order or will ship in 4-6 weeks from the date of order.
Custom order pieces are items that are made to order to your specifications. Most custom order pieces have a 6-10 week turn-around time.
Please note, if you place an order for multiple items with different statuses (in stock and pre or custom order), your order will ship all together once the final piece is ready.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships, we will send you an email with tracking number and instructions on how to track it online.
Is there a signature required for delivery?
We require a signature on delivery for all pieces to ensure that your jewels get to you safely! Shipments arrive via FedEx or USPS.
Do you offer Saturday delivery?
We do not offer Saturday delivery without connecting to a customer care representative. If you require Saturday delivery, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Additional fees will apply.

Please check your product’s status when selecting your shipping method. If you choose expedited shipping when ordering made-to-order and custom order items, we will use that method to ship once your item is complete.
What if my package is lost?
Please note that Access79 is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared “delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please email us immediately at email@example.com
In the case of a lost or stolen package, we, the shipper, will file a claim with the mail carrier on your behalf. When submitting a report, it can take 8-10 business days for the claim to be completed. Access79 is unable to replace the lost or stolen item until the claim is resolved with the mail carrier.
What is your exchange policy?
Only items purchased via our e-shop or from our showroom are eligible for exchange. Items must be exchanged within 30 business days of receiving the item. The Exchange must be for an item of the same or greater in value as the item that is being exchanged. Exchanges must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered. Your items must be returned in the original Access79 packaging, including any jewelry boxes, pouches and receipts. If the new item is priced greater than the item being exchanged, then you are responsible for the price difference in price between the two items.
Please note that personalized, sized, custom, or any reduced priced items are final sale and may not be exchanged.
Bundled items must be returned together. If an item is missing from the bundle, the retail value will be deducted from your total refund.

CARE AND REPAIR
Can I leave my pieces on all the time?
To keep your cherished pieces in pristine condition, we recommend removing your jewelry before sleeping, showering, or working out. It is also best to avoid wearing your jewelry during any activity where they would come into contact with harsh chemicals or otherwise be damaged. How can I get a piece repaired?
We can only repair items that were purchased from us. Please email us at email@example.com .
I lost my piece, will Access79 replace it?
Please note that Access79 is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you have lost one half of a pair of earrings and would like to place an buy a replacement, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you offer a warranty?
Your new piece purchased from Access79 website, try-before-you-buy service, or showroom comes with a one year warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer defects in material or workmanship but does not cover neglect and abuse or natural wear and tear.
Will my repair be covered by the warranty?
We offer free repairs for jewelry purchased from the Access79 website, try-before-you-buy service, or showroom within one year in the United States, excluding Puerto Rico. Please note that repairs are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and additional charges may apply. Warranty for repair is voided if the item has been altered, resized, or repaired prior to being sent to Access79. After the one-year warranty has expired, we offer repairs at very competitive costs.
I ordered the wrong size, what should I do?
Don’t worry. We can help! Email us at email@example.com and we will order you the piece in the correct size. You simply pay the difference in cost of the piece, if any, and any shipping charges.
